Today they are looking for a dynamic finance professional who will work closely together with the affiliates, to achieve growth and manage the risk.


As Credit Risk Analyst you are responsible for identifying and mitigating the financial Credit Risk of the affiliated customer portfolio

You ensure proactive Credit and Financial Risk Analysis in order to minimize credit risk and proactively identify problem areas for Belgium and Luxembourg.
You evaluate customers’ creditworthiness and determine the degree of risk involved in granting/extending credit lines.
You provide financial advice to the credit committee, to commercial and legal teams  based on qualitative and quantitative assessments of credit dossiers or ad hoc projects in line with the B2B commercial strategy and targets.
You advise, prepare and participate in the Credit Committee on decision-making regarding credit lines and/or customer agreements.
You ensure a financial health check for  new and current partners (clients, suppliers, …).
You are responsible for an accurate reporting for all credit management related activities for all entities in order to deliver the necessary support.
You develop strong partnerships with the affiliate network, with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal) and act as point of contact for third party contractors regarding credit management and financial risk analyses.
You are responsible for Credit Management Process improvement and contribute actively to the implementation of new systems and integrated assessment tools.


You have a Master in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accountancy.
You have minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis. A first solid experience in audit is a strong plus to be able to interpret group structures and their annual accounts.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
You have strong analytical skills, and combine a good helicopter view and the ability to dig into details.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop a network and partnerships built on trust.
You are a born negotiator and problem solver. You have the ability to understand both the financial and commercial impacts and to propose balance approaches to combine everyone’s interest.
You can work autonomously.
You are flexible and stress resistant.
You speak, Dutch, French and English fluently.
