(Sr) Consultant/ Manager - Change Management

In order to support their ongoing growth they are currently looking to recruit (Sr) Consultants and Project Managers - Change Management


The change management consultants design new organizations at corporate, division or departmental level, facilitate the implementation (job descriptions, competency assessments, redeployment programs and training), and guide the organization through the transition (communication and change management).  
You help the client throughout the full change cycle that comes with the transformation projects, from sense of urgency creation to acceptance of the new model.
You facilitate the mobilization of the organization and provide the necessary communications plans and adapted training programss.
You clarify the future roles and responsibilities,workload and required headcount and you prepare all employees to become self-reliant after the go live.
You make sure that proper stakeholder management and the related communication is in place throughout the entire period of change.
Focusing on the change aspects you advise clients how to match roles and skills, drive new culture(s), and ensure full employee adoption.
You work across all main industries and on projects that are related to all main functional areas.


Successful experience of 2 to 10 years in Change Management in a consulting and/or business role.
Deep understanding of overall business processes combined with proven experience in conducting performance improvement and/or change programs (organization design, communication & organizational change....).
Proven track record of designing and facilitating training programs.
Experience with setting up communication programs, change agent development and stakeholder management.
A strong communicator and influencer with fluency in Dutch, French and English.
You are proactive and able to leverage a teams performance.
Affinity with IT or ERP implementations is not mandatory but is a (strong) asset.
