To support growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager


As Supply Chain Manager you are responsible for following specific segments of the Supply Chain:
Supply Chain – Procurement – Artworks

You report to the Supply Chain director and work jointly on the related strategies in line with the corporate values, mission and priorities and ensure the daily operations running smoothly.

Supply Chain
  • Within the Supply Chain aspect of your role you develop a strategy to ensure a correct inventory level at all time: a perfect balance between Supply and Demand.
  • You are the Key Enabler in the Demand Review Meeting and ensure the other stakeholders add timely the required input to the review.
  • You ensure correct daily Supplier relationship Management, ensuring the correct reviews. Reviews based upon priorities to serve the customer and ensure highest possible Customer Experience.
  • Supply Chain management is set up as an E2E responsibility: article creation, artworks packaging BOM, sourcing, transport, release follow up.
  • You daily lead a team of two people ensuring daily operations and availability of stocks.
  • You ensure to develop and deploy, in close collaboration with Head Quarters, a procurement strategy in line with our mission, to optimise the Supply Chain Triangle (Service/Inventory/Costs).
  • You support Business Developments in the review of new contracts and new suppliers.
  • You will have to support the roll out and implement an indirect Purchasing Set Up, lead by Stada HQ.
  • You daily lead one Procurement Officer
  • You ensure the legal requirements on AW aspects are correctly and timely translated into documented design in line with the timelines agreed in contracts and supply requirements.
  • You set priorities so the supply flow is seamless integrated with new Artwork.
  • You ensure process improvements in close collaboration with other departments and Stada Head Quarters.
  • You daily lead one Graphical Officer.


  • You will operate in an International Environment of STADA. So, you will support the projects in this international context related to your responsibilities.
  • You have a Master’s degree in Business Engineering or Applied Economics, relevant experience in supply chain within FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Experience with  SAP IBP/ MRP / APO / ARIBA / BW
  • You look for continuous improvement and strive always for the best possible solution
  • You are fluent in English –  Dutch and French are 2nd and 3rd language

Measure – Understand – Act

As a Sales Performance Analyst at Ingenico, your function is key to support the decision- making process, as your main focus will lie in:

The forecasting part related to their Sales Pipeline.

  • The assessment of the current/historic performance of the sales.
  • Gain overall intelligence on how the pipeline is composed.
  • Intensive collaboration with the Sales Department.
  • Prepare and hold the periodical review meetings.
  • You will be the go-to person when it comes to the follow up of Ad hoc Sales Campaigns or possible ad hoc reporting queries.

On top of this, you will shape the role of Payment Performance at Ingenico

  • Set up the Payment performance framework.
  • Analyze the payment performance of their merchants.
  • Bring the insights clearly to the customer together with Sales.

The department reports directly to the Managing Director.

Your challenges?

As Sales Performance Analyst you will be managing the Sales Pipeline for several countries.  The challenge is twofold:

  • Improve Pipeline data quality: Do we have all the data we need?
  • Assess the content: Is it realistic/correct? Do we need to take corrective actions?

The Payment Performance part is new and needs to be shaped from scratch.

Our client is the global head office of an insurance group based in Brussels,  They are looking to strengthen the  Business Performance & Control department with a Senior Business Performance Manager


The mission of the  Business Performance & Control is to support management in executing the Strategic Plan. The insurance sector faces enormous change and potential disruption in the future, challenging the group to constantly predict, prepare, and re-assess the status quo.  As Senior Business Performance Manager you are working closely together with your colleagues at Corporate Center and through an intensive interactive dialogue with the Insurance Segments (Belgium, UK, Continental Europe, Asia and Group Reinsurance):

The responsibilities within the team will include among others:

  • Supporting, assessing and preparing the multi-year budget on consolidated level;
  • Supporting and preparing a quarterly forecast at consolidated level in order to assess the Business Segment performance compared to budget and the targets set;
  • Preparing Quarterly Financial reviews for the Management Committee and Board;
  • Collecting, analyzing and synthesizing specific financial or business-related topics in support of the CFO and the Executive Committee;
  • Taking up the role of point of contact for the Business Segments for performance management related topics;
  • Establishing a peer’s review aiming to set up an external benchmark;
  • Challenging the business segments through benchmarking.

You will report to the Director Business Performance & Control. Your role in the Business Performance team requires extensive contacts with colleagues at Corporate Center from the Strategy, Investor Relations, Finance, Capital Management and Risk departments. You will work closely together with the Financial controller to represent a single point of contact towards the businesses. In addition, you will have frequent contacts with colleagues from the Business Segments. Part of your career development will consist in pro-actively developing initiatives to support the performance culture of the group.


  • You have a university degree in Finance, Business administration or Sciences;
  • You have 7 – 10 years successful business experience, by preference at a leading company in the insurance or the financial sector, or experience in a performance management/controlling environment in the industry;

Ter versterking van de risk afdeling van onze klant, Bank gevestigd in Antwerpen, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Compliance & Risk Monitoring Expert.


Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en ambitieus risk team, dat verantwoordelijk is voor het beheersen en opvolgen van de compliance risico’s mbt de naleving van de regelgeving inzake de strijd tegen witwassen (AML) en financiering van terrorisme (CTF), MIFID gedragsregels, regels ivm misbruik van voorkennis, marktmisbruik en vermijden van belangenconflicten, integriteitsbeleid, en distributie van financiële instrumenten.

Binnen dit kader baseert Compliance zich op een uitgebreide risicoanalyse (Compliance Risk Assessment) en zorgt zij voor het nodige tweedelijns toezicht (Compliance Monitoring Program).  Daarbij wordt gebruikt gemaakt van controletechnieken zoals steekproeven van de uitgevoerde beleggingen en het opvolgen van risico-indicatoren.

Om deze functie verder te ontwikkelen en coördineren is Compliance op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Senior Expert Risk & Monitoring.

Belangrijke taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het framework en de methodologie verder uitwerken, optimaliseren en implementeren.
  • Coördinatie van het jaarlijkse Compliance Risk Assessment: globale risico detectie, analyse, beheer en permanente opvolging.
  • Vertalen van het Compliance Monitoring Program in een concreet en praktisch controleplan.

  • Master diploma  Economie en/of Rechten of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

  • Je beschikt over het diploma “Certified Compliance Officer” of je bent bereid dit diploma te halen.

The role reports to the Finance & Administration Director and will manage and support the implementation and further development of SAP and non-SAP finance and supply related solutions.

Implement & further develop SAP and related Solutions (eg. ARCO ( AP approval process) /Rydoo ( travel & expense tool)…)
Analyze existing or future business processes, and investigate business requirements and propose solutions in or outside SAP

Support as super key user all SAP users in different departments
Manage a solution with or without the support of HQ depending on the complexity of the problem and the authorizations

Ensure general maintenance of SAP, interfaces and other software including authorization management
Ensure that all interface discrepancies are fully investigated and resolved: daily check of interfaces between SAP ERP / BW / Data Warehouse / ARCO/ DHL / MobiRep
Actively search for solutions to guarantee correct data in all systems depending on SAP data and change business processes accordingly

Support and assist in finance processes
Support the monthly and year-end close processes to ensure SAP routines have been run correctly

Manage as key user the SharePoint solution for the finance department

Write and update procedures and documentation relating to use of SAP and other software
